AI that fits the way your business works.

We choose the right models for each task, connect them to your knowledge and tools, and design the deployment around your privacy and budget needs. We start with the business problem, not with a predetermined technology.

Abstract render of interconnected nodes representing AI connected to a business

Three ways AI can be built around a real business problem.

These are example use cases and solution concepts, not completed client projects. We do not publish savings or performance figures until they have been measured on real work.

Company-specific knowledge

From generic AI to company-specific knowledge

The problem
Employees use generic AI tools, but the answers do not reflect the company's processes, internal documents, product information or policies.
The solution concept
An assistant that retrieves relevant information from approved company documents and gives grounded answers, with source references and access controls.
What we would measure
Time spent searching for information, answer accuracy, how often questions are escalated, and adoption by the team.

The business does not necessarily need to train its own model from scratch. It needs AI that can use the right internal knowledge safely and reliably.

AI-assisted workflow

From manual work to an AI-assisted workflow

The problem
Employees repeatedly read incoming emails, classify requests, extract information from documents, prepare summaries and move details between systems.
The solution concept
AI integrated into that existing workflow. It processes the relevant information, drafts or structures the result, and passes it to the right system or employee for review.
What we would measure
Average handling time, administrative hours saved, processing time, error rates, and how often people need to correct the output.

AI becomes part of how the organization operates, not another application employees must remember to open.

Multiple AI models

One business, multiple AI models

The problem
A company relies on one AI model for everything. Some tasks need speed, some need deeper reasoning, and others have strict cost or data-handling limits.
The solution concept
A system that uses different models for different tasks where that is worthwhile. A lightweight model handles routine classification, a stronger model handles complex requests, and sensitive work can use a suitable private deployment.
What we would measure
Task accuracy, response time, cost per successful task, reliability, and the share of requests that need human intervention.

We do not force every problem through the same model. We design the AI system around the work.

Honest about privacy, performance and technique.

Good AI integration is mostly careful engineering. Here is how we approach the parts that matter most.

Privacy is an engineering task

Local or self-hosted AI can give you more control, but privacy also depends on access permissions, infrastructure, logging, data retention, and how information moves through connected systems. We look at all of it, not just where the model runs.

Tested, measured, improved

No AI system is perfect. We build around defined business requirements, test against real tasks, measure performance, and improve the solution over time.

The right technique, not the most expensive one

Fine-tuning is valuable in some situations, but it is not automatically needed. Many business solutions work better by connecting a model to controlled internal knowledge and building reliable workflows. We recommend what fits the problem.

People stay involved

We design for human review wherever judgment is needed. Where we build on third-party open-source models, we respect their licences and do not claim to own them.

A solution scoped to your needs.

There is no single price for custom AI integration, because no two implementations are alike. We scope each engagement around your actual requirements before work begins.

Project cost depends on:

  • The use case and the number of workflows and systems involved
  • Model and customization requirements
  • Privacy and security needs
  • Infrastructure, which may be provided by your organization or included in a proposed solution
  • Ongoing support

Let's identify where AI can make a measurable difference in your business.
